    The effective delivery and management of a thorough Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) induction training program is a key mandatory employment responsibility for every organisation.

    We have a zero tolerance approach to workplace injuries, bullying and harassment and maintain strict process and procedures to help reduce risk and maintain workplace safety for our temporary and contractor workforce.

    In addition to regular site visits and inspections, we use an online facility (WorkPro) to complete specific work health and safety training and EEO induction training that is most relevant to the role or position.
