Astrum has invested in new technology for automated online video interviewing and screening of candidates. Implementation and training for the online video interviewing system known as Sonru was completed in February this year to ensure our consulting team are proficient in managing the video interviewing technology,\u00a0 tailored setup including interview questions and video responses from candidates.<\/p>\n
We believe that video interviewing will save hiring managers valuable time, allowing them to view shortlisted candidates by video before meeting them in person. There is no need to schedule interviews, time zone restrictions, no shows and unsuitable candidates, allowing them to meet the best candidates earlier in the process, see their fit, personality, drive and motivation to review and make decisions quickly.<\/p>\n

Job seekers are able to use any device, mobile, iPad or computer to complete the video interview easily and efficiently.
