The Director and owner of Astrum Recruitment, Sylvia Leigh commenced her career in the Banking Sector before joining the Environmental Services Industry to take on high profile projects across Australia. Sylvia moved to the UK for 5 years and joined a leading Construction, Design and Build, Property Development and Mining group to take on the role of Marketing & Communications Manager for projects in the UK, Europe, UAE and South Africa
After returning to Sydney, Sylvia spent the following 16 years working with niche and Global Recruitment Companies in various management positions to lead recruitment consulting teams Nationally, build customer relationships, implement service delivery models, improve performance capability and provide cost effective recruitment and RPO solutions across Executive Recruitment, Permanent Recruitment, Temporary and Contractor workforce solutions and targeted search for large multi national organisations throughout Australia.
Sylvia established Astrum 10 years ago to continue a relentless passion for helping organisations grow and achieve success through the engagement of high performing talent. As a team and business we are dedicated to providing honest, reputable recruitment consulting advice, reliable service and measureable, cost effective results.
